This is a high pressure (50-55 psi) pump designed to replace the factory frame rail mounted pump.

This kit does not require any fuel tank modifications for installation.

The Pureflow AirDog II-4G 165 GPH A6SABF493 lift pump, or Fuel Preporator, is a must have upgrade for your 2003-2007 6.0L Powerstoke. The fuel system on your 6.0L is the heart of the vehicle’s performance and reliability. This high pressure (50-55 psi) Powerstroke lift pump mounts to the inner frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction/fuel supply side hooks directly up to the factory quick disconnect fittings on the fuel module and the pressure side to the factory injection pump feed line making the install very straight forward. The air/vapor return is sent back to the tank through a return “Y” that ties the AirDog return to the factory engine return. This pump is designed to replace your high pressure factory frame rail mounted pump.

This AirDog 2 4G DF-165 Powerstroke lift pump will solve infamous P0087 & P1093 low fuel rail pressure codes. This positive supply of purified fuel being fed to your injection pump will also add performance, throttle response, and longevity to your vehicle. Due to extra stress on your fuel system from either high mileage and/or additional performance modifications, like a tuner or larger injectors, your injection pump can become weak over time. This may result in a drop of performance, reliability, and fuel economy. The supplied water separator (WS100) and fuel filter (FF100-2), that mount to the pump, filter your fuel down to a 2 micron rating which surpasses the stock fuel filters filtration capability.
